About Lightspeed Trading

Lightspeed Trading was founded with purpose of creating a simplified trading solution with transparent pricing to both the retail and active/professional trader. In doing our research, we noticed that firms provide numerous trading platforms with various pricing structures that often confuses the potential trader or makes understanding the product unnecessarily complicated, i.e. pay $265 for a platform and trade for as low as $3.95 per trade plus starting a starting per share rate of $.001 with a base per-share of $2.00. Why not offer one platform per product and one price across all product lines. The goal of Lightspeed is to make life easy for you, the trader, so that you can do what you like doing best, trade.

Lightspeed Trading is registered with the Securities Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as an Introducing Broker Dealer/Dealer. Lightspeed is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") and the National Futures Association ("NFA"). As a member of both the NASD and the NFA, we are accountable to the stringent standards of capital adequacy and financial reporting enforced by both the NFA and the NASD.
